Terms of Service

Introduction

By accessing our website or booking an appointment at NAÏA Aesthetics (located at The Avenue, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3HF), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Appointments & Cancellations

We operate a strict medical booking policy to ensure the highest standard of care for all our patients.

• Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment due to safety protocols, and your booking fee may be forfeited.

Medical Suitability & Consent

All treatments are subject to a thorough medical consultation. NAÏA Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if:

• You are deemed medically unsuitable for the procedure.
• Your expectations are clinically unrealistic.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

You must provide accurate and complete medical history. Failure to do so may compromise your safety and absolves NAÏA Aesthetics of liability.

Payments & Refunds

All treatment prices are subject to change and will be confirmed during your consultation. Payment must be made in full immediately following your treatment.

Due to the nature of medical aesthetics, we do not offer refunds on treatments provided. Aesthetic outcomes are subjective, and while we strive for clinical excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results.

The NAÏA Collective Memberships

Memberships to The NAÏA Collective are subject to a minimum term of 6 months. Fees are collected monthly via direct debit. After the initial 6-month period, memberships roll over monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Clinic Etiquette

To maintain a serene, premium environment, we ask that patients arrive alone unless a chaperone is medically necessary. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the clinic due to the presence of medical equipment and sharps.

Limitation of Liability

NAÏA Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss, loss of goodwill, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services, save as precluded by law.
